1.1 Mailing list
To download my music for free, you have to enter your name and your e-mail address and agree to this download-agreement below. As a consequence you will be added my mailing list and will get e-mails concerning future updates of my music-catalog and other news. After you’ve completed the opt-in for my maling list you’ll get access to the download link and get the password for the ZIP-archive of my music-catalog. You can unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time.
1.2 Content-ID
When you upload a video that contains my free music you will get a so called content-ID claim. This is the typical procedure for copyrighted music and you don’t have to worry about that. This content-ID-claim only means, that I as the copyright owner allow you that your video remains live on YouTube, Facebook or Instagram and you still can share it with others. If your video generates ad revenue I as the copyright owner get a share of this revenue. This way both sides win – you get free music and I in return get a fair share of the eventual revenue!
1.3 Application area
The music from this free-download is exclusively for the use in your YouTube-, Facebook- & Instagram-videos! If you want to use my music for commercial products such as movies, computergames or similar products, please contact me and I’m sure we’ll come to an agreement that is acceptable for both sides.

FAQ
No, my music is not royalty-free! That means, the songs are registered with a royalty collection society – in this case the AKM. But this won’t cause any problems for you, because the AKM has an agreement with YouTube, Facebook and Instagram to not take down videos with copyrighted content.
However, when you upload a video that contains my free music you will get a so called content-ID claim. This is the typical procedure for copyrighted music and you don’t have to worry about that. This content-ID-claim only means, that I as the copyright owner allow you, that your video remains live on YouTube, Facebook or Instagram and you still can share it with others.
